Site content is general information and does not constitute legal advice, an FAA approval, a finding of compliance, an operational authorization or a substitute for professional analysis of a specific operation.
Regulatory status
Rules, proposed rules, policies and guidance may change. Users are responsible for confirming current requirements and obtaining all necessary approvals before operating.
No guarantee
EFVS does not guarantee certification, waiver, exemption, permit, operating certificate or other governmental action. Engagement terms and deliverables are established separately in a written agreement.
Independent AerospaceSMS services
EFVS and AerospaceSMS collaborate on SMS awareness and prospective customer needs. EFVS contributes aviation ecosystem perspective and coordinates inquiries. AerospaceSMS independently determines platform access, demonstrations, service scope, pricing, contracts, and support. EFVS may receive a referral fee for qualifying purchases.
