How EFVS handles information submitted through general business inquiries.

Information we receive
This informational site does not provide a confidential safety-reporting portal. If you contact EFVS by telephone, email, or the SMS inquiry form, EFVS receives the information you choose to provide to respond and coordinate your inquiry as part of its AerospaceSMS collaboration. Submitting the EFVS form then directs you to AerospaceSMS’s separate demo request page. Information submitted there is handled by AerospaceSMS.
Do not submit sensitive information
Do not send protected personal information, export-controlled information, security-sensitive information, proprietary operational data or confidential hazard reports through a general business inquiry.
Use and retention
Inquiry information may be used to respond, evaluate requested services, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. Contact EFVS to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
