Student Agreement and Program Policies
1. Program Scope
This agreement applies to the online training courses selected through the EFVS Student Registration Form. Future practical flight, advanced mission qualification, and maintenance offerings are in development and will be governed by separate enrollment documents and requirements when launched.
2. Enrollment and Course Access
Enrollment is complete only after Eagle Flight Vertical Solutions (EFVS) confirms registration and verifies payment or approved sponsor or institutional funding. Course access is released only after funding is verified, unless EFVS management authorizes a documented exception. Online course access may be delivered through a licensed third party learning platform.
3. Student Account Responsibilities
Students must use the name and email address provided during registration unless EFVS approves a correction before access is assigned. Login credentials, redemption codes, and course accounts are for the enrolled student only and may not be sold, shared, assigned, or transferred. Students are responsible for protecting their account information and following provider account setup and platform requirements.
4. Course Selection and Pricing
Students may enroll in one or more currently offered online courses. The course name, EFVS Academy Course Code, and current price are listed on the Student Registration Form. EFVS may update course availability and pricing for future enrollments. The student is charged according to the enrollment accepted by EFVS.
5. FAA Regulatory Content and Authorizations
Certain courses may address FAA certification, waivers, public safety operations, or other regulatory topics. Course completion does not by itself grant an FAA certificate, waiver, authorization, or operational approval. Students and organizations remain responsible for meeting all applicable FAA requirements and obtaining required approvals.
6. Course Participation and Conduct
Students are expected to complete their selected coursework, use course accounts only for their own enrollment, and conduct themselves professionally. Unauthorized sharing of course accounts, course materials, assessments, or access codes is prohibited.
7. Intellectual Property and Course Materials
Course videos, documents, presentations, assessments, logos, and related content remain the property of their respective owners. Enrollment provides a limited right to use the materials for the student's own training. Copying, recording, redistributing, reselling, publishing, or otherwise sharing protected course content without authorization is prohibited.
8. Privacy and Communications
EFVS may collect and use student information for registration, course access, billing, payment verification, recordkeeping, institutional reporting, and program communications. Information may be shared with a sponsoring institution, learning platform provider, payment processor, or service provider only as needed to administer the enrollment or as required by law. Newsletter and promotional communications will follow the student's selection on the Student Registration Form.
9. Cancellation Before Course Access Is Issued
A student may request cancellation in writing before EFVS issues a course access code, enrollment link, course seat, or other provider access. A registration submitted without payment and without issued or activated access may be cancelled without an EFVS enrollment charge, unless a separate written funding agreement states otherwise. Once enrollment and payment have been accepted, no refund will be issued unless EFVS cancels the class or course.
10. Withdrawal and Refunds After Access Is Issued or Activated
Once a student is enrolled, no refund will be issued unless EFVS cancels the class or course. This rule applies whether or not a course seat, redemption code, provider enrollment, or other access has been issued or activated. Stopping participation, failing to log in, failing to complete the course, or not scheduling an FAA examination does not create a right to a refund. When EFVS cancels a class or course and issues a refund, the refund will be returned to the original payer or funding source unless an applicable funding agreement requires another method.
11. Sponsored and Institutional Enrollments
Employer sponsored, institution sponsored, scholarship, Veteran, workforce, and other third party funded enrollments are subject to the applicable purchase order, contract, memorandum of understanding, scholarship, or sponsorship terms. Refunds and transfers will be coordinated with the payer or sponsoring organization when required. A student may not direct EFVS to refund third party funds to the student unless the payer or governing agreement authorizes it. If a written funding instrument contains different cancellation or refund terms, that instrument controls for the affected enrollment.
12. Provider Benefits and Course Availability
A third party course may include provider specific guarantees, benefits, or promotional terms. Each benefit is governed by the provider's current eligibility requirements, documentation requirements, and exclusions. EFVS does not expand, modify, or independently guarantee a provider benefit unless EFVS expressly agrees in writing. Any test pass guarantee associated with a Part 107 course is subject to the course provider's then current terms. If EFVS cancels a paid class or course because it is unavailable, EFVS may offer a replacement course, account credit, or refund, as appropriate.
13. Access Problems, Chargebacks, and Exceptions
A student who receives an invalid, duplicated, nonfunctional, or incorrectly assigned access code should contact EFVS so the enrollment can be verified and corrective action coordinated. EFVS is not responsible for access problems caused by incorrect information supplied by the student, password sharing, unauthorized account use, incompatible personal equipment, or failure to follow provider instructions. Students should contact EFVS first regarding billing or refund concerns. A chargeback does not automatically cancel provider enrollment or create a right to continued access. EFVS may place an enrollment on hold or suspend access while a payment dispute is reviewed, when permitted. Any exception to this agreement must be approved by EFVS management in writing and documented in the enrollment record.
14. Employment and Outcome Disclaimer
Course enrollment or completion does not guarantee FAA certification, employment, contract work, income, internship placement, or acceptance by an employer, institution, client, or sponsoring organization.
15. Agreement Acknowledgment
By enrolling in an EFVS UAS Training Academy course, the student acknowledges and accepts this Student Agreement and Program Policies, the Student Registration Form, applicable invoice or funding authorization, and any provider terms governing the selected course. The student understands that, once enrolled, no refund will be issued unless EFVS cancels the class or course.
